Services

Built to behanded over.

We design, build and run AI automation, custom software and apps for companies in the UK and Europe. You talk to the people doing the work.

What we build

The lists cover most of what we do, not all of it. If your project is not on them, ask: if we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you to someone who is.

AI and automation

We start with the process that eats someone's week. We map it, build the automation and hand it back with the before and after measured. Where the data is sensitive, the model runs on EU infrastructure or as an open-weight model you can host yourself.

  • AI workflows built into the way your team already works
  • Internal assistants that answer from your own documents and data
  • Document and data pipelines
  • Two systems connected properly, with monitoring for when they stop
  • Marketing automation, CRM setup and lead flows that stop leads falling out of the funnel
  • Prompt and skill libraries for your team
  • Team training, so it keeps working after we leave
  • The running cost worked out before you commit to it

Software development

Custom software for the jobs your off-the-shelf tools do badly. Mostly Next.js, React and TypeScript, with Python and Node where automation and AI need them, and documented so another developer could take it over.

  • Web apps and MVPs
  • Internal tools that replace the spreadsheets
  • Dashboards and reporting tools
  • APIs and back-ends
  • Customer portals and web services
  • MCP servers that give AI assistants a proper interface to your systems instead of copy and paste
  • Claude skills and plugin bundles
  • Chrome extensions

App development

Mobile apps for iOS and Android, and the back-ends behind them. Start with an MVP to test the idea with real users, then build out the parts they actually use.

  • Mobile apps, submitted to the App Store and Google Play
  • Mobile and web MVPs for testing an idea with real users
  • The APIs and back-ends the app runs on

Data and infrastructure

For companies that want to know where their data is stored, who can reach it and how they would change provider. We map what you run, recommend where each part should live, whether that is an EU region, a major cloud or your own servers, and build or move what needs it.

  • A data map: what is stored where, who operates it and who holds the keys
  • Hosting chosen to fit the data: EU or UK regions, major clouds, or your own servers
  • Migrations planned so the service keeps running
  • AI on the infrastructure that suits the data, including open-weight models you can host
  • Exit plans for the services you depend on
  • Accounts, keys and documentation in your name

Websites and online stores

Websites and online stores built as systems rather than a set of pages, so they are fast, easy to update and ready for whatever you connect to them next.

  • Business sites, and large multilingual sites built as a system
  • Custom online stores in Next.js, and WordPress and WooCommerce
  • Replatforming and migrations that keep the rankings you spent years earning
  • Headless CMS setups
  • Redesigns for companies that have outgrown their template

Visibility and growth

Being found, by search engines and by the AI assistants people now ask instead, and turning that attention into enquiries.

  • Technical SEO, keyword architecture and on-page work
  • GEO and AEO: being the answer when someone asks an AI instead of a search engine
  • Entity and schema work
  • Analytics, tracking and conversion work
  • Campaigns built end to end and handed over ready to run

How a project runs

Four steps, and you can start at whichever one you need. The two that get skipped, and then paid for later, are the first two.

Audit

A fixed-price audit that gives you a clear written answer: what needs attention, what the current setup is costing you, and what is worth doing about it. You can buy it on its own, with no obligation to hire us for the build.

Every audit includes

  1. A 90-minute kick-off workshop.
  2. A written report: the current state with the bottlenecks marked, findings ranked by impact against effort, and a roadmap with the first steps detailed.
  3. A recorded walkthrough of the findings.
  4. A 60-minute live walkthrough for the questions and decisions it raises.

What can be audited

  • Where AI or automation would pay back inside 12 months
  • The codebase, its architecture and security, and what it costs to run
  • Where your data lives, who can reach it and which vendors you depend on
  • The website and its conversion path
  • SEO and GEO/AEO visibility
  • Marketing, channels and the funnel
  • The store, from catalogue structure to checkout

What you own at the end

You own what we built for you: the website, the store, the tool, the automation, the assistant, and the source code we wrote. What we cannot transfer is what was never ours, so third-party frameworks, libraries and platforms keep their own licences.

Hosting, domains and API keys are set up in your accounts, in your name, from the start. We do not resell anything and do not bill anything through us, so leaving us never means migrating out of an account we control.

We keep the right to describe the work anonymously as a reference, unless you agree to be named: the shape of the problem and how it was solved, with no names, no numbers and no trade secrets.

The questions people ask

How do we start?

With a free 30-minute video call. Tell us what you have in mind, we ask questions, and by the end you will know whether we are the right fit and roughly what it would take. Nothing is bought or committed on that call, and there is nothing to prepare.

Do we have to start with an audit?

No. For a website or a store, the call is usually enough to scope the work. For AI, automation, MCP servers and internal tools it usually is not, because the thing you are describing has not been built yet and nobody has mapped what it touches. The audit and the plan exist for exactly that, and they are the only way either of us can commit to a fixed price.

Can we buy a plan and have someone else build it?

Yes. Every plan is written so that someone who has never spoken to us could build from it.

What happens if the estimate is wrong?

The price is the price. If the work takes us longer than we thought, that is our problem, not yours. That is what fixed price means, and it is why the scope is agreed carefully before anything starts.

Who owns what you build?

You do: the website, the tool, the automation, the assistant and the source code we wrote for you. Third-party frameworks, libraries and platforms keep their own licences, and those are named in the handover.

Who pays for hosting, domains and API usage?

You do, on your own accounts, in your own name. We tell you what you need and which provider we would choose, set it up with you, and you pay the provider directly. Nothing about your business sits inside an account we control.

Who actually does the work?

We are a small company, and the people who plan the work build it. If we bring in a trusted specialist to cover a skill or speed up the schedule, we tell you upfront, and you still deal with us directly.

How long does a project take?

A website can usually be estimated on the first call. An AI automation or an MCP server cannot, because the answer depends on what it has to connect to and what condition that is in. What we can commit to is the sequence: you will know what it costs and when it lands before you sign or pay anything.

What do you build with?

Mostly Next.js, React and TypeScript on the web side, and Python and Node for automation and AI. Beyond that, whatever the problem calls for. We do not sell a stack: we pick one and explain why.

Do you use AI to build our project?

Yes, as a tool, the same way we use an editor or a compiler. It makes some parts faster. It does not make the architecture or design decisions, and the judgement about what to build and how is the part you are paying for.

Do you work with companies outside the UK?

Yes. We work with companies across the UK and Europe, mostly over video calls.

What happens when the project is finished?

Every project includes 30 days of launch support at no extra cost. After that you can buy a block of prepaid days, an annual care package or quarterly reviews, and use them when you need them.

Start with a conversation.

Book a free 30-minute video call or send an email. Nothing to prepare and nothing to commit to. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you upfront.
