This page lists what is stored on your device when you visit soventia.com, and how to control it. How personal data is processed is set out in the privacy policy.
1. The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing on your device. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tag manager, which is why there is no cookie banner.
The one exception is the booking calendar on the contact page. It comes from Cal.com and loads only when you click to open it.
2. The rule
Storing data on your device, and reading it back, requires your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 in the UK and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC in the EU, except where the storage is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. This applies to cookies and to equivalent techniques such as local storage.
3. The booking calendar
When you open the calendar, your browser loads Cal.com's booking script and booking view from app.cal.com. Cal.com may then set the following on its own domain. They are needed for the booking view to work, and nothing loads until you ask for it. The booking script itself stores nothing on soventia.com.

Opening the calendar also requests content from Cal.com's servers, which receive your IP address. Cal.com can change what its booking view stores, so this list reflects what it set when we last checked, on 7 October 2026. If you would rather not load it, email [email protected] and we will find a time with you.
4. Changing your choice
Your browser can block or delete cookies and site data at any time. Data stored on Cal.com's domain can be cleared in your browser's site settings.
5. Changes
Adding anything that stores data on your device updates this page on the same day, and the date at the top with it. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will ask before it loads.
